* I am Emily...but you can call me Neon or Neon-Leon...or whatever you prefer!
* Why "The Neon Palette" as a title you may ask...well basically I love BRIGHT colors...Neon matches my personality. Bold, Bright and Shiny. P.S. Thanks to a dear friend for helping me name this!!!
* I am a self-taught freelance makeup artist from California. I have been doing makeup for about 8 years or so.
